« I booked my stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Miramar Beach through Expedia and was incorrectly charged multiple times directly by the hotel. Before checkout, I addressed the issue in person and was assured the charges would be reversed and that a parking fee would be removed due to the inconvenience. A week later, I still have an outstanding $362 charge and a $30 fee that were supposed to be removed. I’ve called twice and was told it would be handled and that I would receive a follow-up...

« The property itself was absolutely wonderful! It was within walking distance of a wonderful restaurant and it was a very clean, quiet and updated condo. We loved it! And would definitely go back again. Our only drawback was we had to call the management five times because our code would not work for our door. They were very prompt each time in attempting to get it corrected but it did take 5 calls. »

« Stay was great overall. Easy access to the beach and loved the shuttle service. The only downside was how they said it was a breakfast buffet available for additional charge. I paid the extra fee for the amount of my stay but, to find out it was not buffet style it was à la carte. It was still good with great service from the hotel staff. Just giving others a full disclosure on this. »
